Drive functional design and configuration efforts across all stages of the Workday implementation lifecycle.
Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business needs, shape requirements, and craft solutions that drive real results.
Architect Workday solutions for core HCM modules such as Core HR, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, and Time Tracking.
Act as an internal consultant, sharing Workday best practices, innovative capabilities, and optimized configurations.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Guide change management efforts, offering advice on impact mitigation and fostering smooth user adoption.
Collaborate closely with technical architects and integration teams to ensure functional and technical harmony.
Define standards, workflows, and reporting frameworks to maintain data accuracy across modules.
Stay ahead of the curve with Workday updates and features, evaluating their relevance and proposing enhancements.
Lead post-implementation reviews to refine solutions and provide training to internal teams, building enduring Workday expertise.
Develop proof-of-concept solutions, integrating cutting-edge Workday functionalities to future-proof our platform.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8 years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with deep knowledge spanning multiple modules (e. g. HCM Core, Absence, Talent Management, Advanced Compensation), Workday Pro certification is a plus.
A track record of leading Workday implementations with expertise in configuration and project management.
Experience as a functional consultant or solution architect on Workday implementation projects.
Extensive familiarity with Workday’s functionality, configuration, and strategic applications.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex business needs into effective Workday solutions.
Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
