The Global Process Owner Rewards (m/f/d) is responsible for designing, governing, and optimizing globally integrated rewards processes to attract, motivate, and retain top talent while aligning with Fresenius Group’s strategic objectives. This role drives the transformation of decentralized systems into harmonized global frameworks, balancing regional needs with global consistency while ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Additionally, the role fosters stakeholder alignment, champions cultural change, and ensures continuous improvement to enhance both employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Lead the transformation of rewards processes from decentralized models to globally integrated frameworks, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
Own and govern all aspects of the rewards processes, including design, execution, and ongoing optimization, with a strong focus on maximizing employee experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with global HR teams, other Global Process Owners, and key business stakeholders to embed rewards processes seamlessly into the broader One HR and HR Transformation strategy.
Drive the harmonization and standardization of rewards processes across regions and business units, balancing local requirements with global consistency.
Ensure all rewards programs comply with local and global regulations, upholding the highest standards of governance.
Act as a catalyst for cultural and organizational change, building alignment and support for global rewards initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups.
University degree and at least 10 years of international rewards or compensation and benefits experience in a global corporation.
Extensive experience in global HR process ownership, particularly in the design, deployment, and governance of rewards programs, with proven success in managing complex transformations and leading international teams in agile project environments.
Strong expertise in core technology systems supporting rewards processes, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
Proficiency in process optimization methodologies and project management principles to drive innovation and efficiency.
Exceptional business acumen, with a creative approach to problem-solving and balancing diverse stakeholder priorities.
Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and rewards processes, including performance management, job evaluation, and career frameworks.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking, with a people-oriented approach to maximizing process efficiency and employee experience.
Outstanding communication skills in English, German as a plus, to effectively engage with stakeholders across functions, units, and regions.
