In this central role within the HR Organizational Effectiveness and Group HR Relations team, you will act as a strategic partner and advisor to senior executives in Finance. You will drive transformative HR initiatives, align HR strategies with business objectives and promote a culture that reflects our core values and leadership principles. Your focus will be on shaping and implementing a future-oriented talent strategy and people agenda in a dynamic, global transformation environment.
You will act as a trusted sparring partner for the CFO and the Executive Leadership Team and provide strategic advice in complex transformation contexts.
You will drive the talent agenda, be responsible on the HR side for the design and implementation of organizational designs and workforce planning as well as the development and implementation of global transformation strategies.
You will guide executives and their teams through cultural and organizational change and use your coaching skills to promote sustainable development and strong leadership qualities.
You will develop innovative approaches to employee engagement and experience to support transformation in a global matrix environment.
You will lead strategic performance management initiatives and ensure that target setting and appraisal processes are clearly communicated and effectively implemented.
Together with managers, you will analyze business results and their impact on talent and competency development and derive future-oriented measures.
You will promote data-based decision-making through the targeted use of people analytics and modern HR technologies.
You will lead global HR initiatives and programs, manage implementation with internal and external stakeholders and develop effective change management strategies.
You will actively support the anchoring of corporate values and leadership principles and act as a multiplier: in a positive corporate culture.
Successfully completed Master's degree or comparable qualification, ideally in HR, business administration, psychology or similar.
At least 12 years' experience in a strategic HR function within a global, dynamic listed company with matrix structures. International experience, e.g. through longer stays abroad, is desirable.
Proven success in supporting complex transformation and change processes, especially in cultural and organizational contexts.
Sound experience in working with senior executives and in coaching executives at top management level.
Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English.
Strong analytical and strategic skills and the ability to make data-based decisions and develop innovative solutions.
Deep understanding of modern HR technologies (e.g. Workday) and experience in using people analytics.
High level of entrepreneurial thinking, problem solving skills and agility in an ever-changing environment.
