As a vital member of the global Total Rewards Center of Excellence (CoE) Leadership Team, the Global Total Rewards Partner (m/f/d) will drive the strategic development, governance, and evolution of our rewards landscape. This role combines global, business, and local perspectives to provide thought leadership and spearhead key initiatives. It will lead strategic programs and projects across regions with agility and effectiveness while acting as a trusted advisor to business units and regional communities, providing day-to-day guidance on offers, compensation frameworks, and broader total rewards matters.
Shape global total rewards initiatives, ensuring they align with global and local business objectives. Drive initiatives by understanding global trends, business needs, and local nuances.
Develop and implement strategic programs and projects at the global and regional levels, such as ensuring compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive 2026 and implementing a global compensation philosophy.
Serve as a key point of contact for specific business units (e.g., Corporate Functions) and regional communities, providing day-to-day support on compensation frameworks, offers, and related matters.
Build strong partnerships across the organization, fostering a collaborative culture that prioritizes knowledge sharing and mutual support for successful outcomes.
Lead and develop a regional expert community in total rewards, focusing on building capabilities, promoting consistency, and aligning practices across regions.
Work effectively in a global matrix environment, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and leveraging expertise to influence and achieve business outcomes.
At least 8 years of professional experience in Human Resources, focused on Total Rewards, combined with a proven experience in both leading global or regional initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations and establishing international HR communities.
Demonstrated success in designing and executing strategic initiatives that align with business goals, including managing large-scale programs in dynamic, global environments.
Strong leadership and influencing abilities, with a track record of building and restructuring international teams as well as fostering collaboration across regions and functions.
A partnership-driven, motivating, and participatory leadership approach, combined with clear communication and high-performance standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at presenting complex information to senior leadership and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and develop strategies.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based HR systems such as Workday, and survey tools.
