Assistant Global Regulatory Affairs Pharma & Nutrition (m/f/d)

General office administration: 

• Coordination of appointments for the SVP
• Professional travel planning incl. visa procurement and travel expense accounting
• Creating, updating & formatting PowerPoint presentations and other documents according to specifications
• Organization of internal and external meetings, TCs, VCs, workshops
• Processing of order transactions (creation of purchase requisitions, goods receipt posting and payment tracking)

 Completion of administrative tasks in drug approval:

• Organization of administrative documents (e.g. ordering Certificates of a Pharmaceutical Product (CPP), notarized and legalized documents)
• Coordination of translation work, some smaller translations based on templates, text comparisons/revisions
• Checking the copyright for literature references
• Document creation and maintenance in a document management system
• Maintaining and querying approval-relevant data in a database, coordinating queries with global colleagues

• You have completed a commercial training/apprenticeship and at least 2 years of work experience in an office admin / assistant position
• You have experience in an intercultural working environment, ideally within a multinational Matrix driven organisation
• You are fluent in German and English (both written & spoken)
• You have a very good knowledge of standard MS Office software (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), basic knowledge of Excel
• You are known for your organizational strength and your ability to work in a team
• You are reliable & able to meet tight deadlines
• You have a high affinity to IT/working with databases
