To strengthen our team in the urological and gynecological secretariat at the Überlingen site, we are looking for you as a medical assistant / MFA (m/f/d) as soon as possible on a full-time or part-time basis

• You are the first personal contact person for our patients
• You will be responsible for coordinating patients by telephone and managing appointments
• You are responsible for accompanying and assisting during consultation hours
• Communication with patients and doctors in private practice
• Administrative activities within the clinic

• Completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d) or comparable medical qualification
• You have a talent for organization, strong communication skills and are always friendly, helpful and service-oriented
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with the software systems used
• Flexibility and a sense of responsibility as well as the ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
