To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center at Helios Klinikum Wuppertal, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d) in the field of hematology and oncology

full-time or preferably also part-time

• You will coordinate appointments and treatment procedures for our patients and be the first point of contact for queries
• You look after our patients before, during and after consultation hours
• Your tasks also include the documentation of treatment procedures and patient data
• After appropriate training, you will assist with diagnostics and therapy, such as immunotherapy/chemotherapy
• You will also assist with the billing of services (KV and private billing)

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• Practical experience or further training in oncology would be an advantage, but is not a prerequisite
• You have good manners and an empathetic approach to patients and their relatives
• You are committed, have a strong sense of responsibility and appreciate working in a motivated team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
