To strengthen our practice team in the medical care center at Helios Klinikum Wuppertal, we are looking for you as a full-time

MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d) in the field of hematology and oncology

• You coordinate the appointments and treatment processes for our patients and are the first point of contact for queries
• You look after our patients before, during and after consultation hours
• Your tasks also include the documentation of treatment procedures and patient data
• You will also provide support in the billing of services (KV and private billing)

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You have good manners and an empathetic approach to patients
• You are committed, have a strong sense of responsibility and appreciate working in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
