To strengthen our team at the accredited Institute of Microbiology at the Berlin-Buch site, we are looking for you with immediate effect as a

Medical-technical laboratory assistant / MTLA (m/f/d) in the field of microbiology

full or part-time

• You will carry out diagnostics for hospitals and outpatient facilities with computerized order entry and results documentation in the MLab (Dorner)

• You will carry out sample processing according to the specifications of the QM system
• You will prepare cultures of all microbiological samples
• You will also be responsible for processing positive blood cultures and microscopy
• You will carry out stool antigen tests (DSX, Dynex)
• You will be responsible for equipment care and maintenance, ensuring that our equipment is always ready for use
• You will work in a two-shift system as well as on weekends and public holidays

• Successfully completed vocational training as an MTL / medical technologist for laboratory analysis (m/f/d) or MTLA / medical-technical laboratory assistant (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you have gained some professional experience, but this is not mandatory - career starters are welcome
• You enjoy working in a team and have a precise and careful way of working
• You are characterized by a high degree of responsibility, reliability and commitment
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
