For our Institute for Hygiene and Laboratory Medicine at the Krefeld site, we are looking for a full-time MTLA / Medical Technical Laboratory Assistant Microbiology (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible (38.5 hours per week).

• You will strengthen our team in the field of molecular biology
• Broad spectrum of microbiological diagnostics including the cultivation of mycobacteria
• Germ differentiation of bacteria and fungi using classical methods and MALDI-TOF
• Resistance testing using BD-Phönix, agar diffusion tests and gradient diffusion
• The institute supports hospital hygiene with all necessary laboratory tests
• Participation in the weekend services

• Completed training as a medical-technical laboratory assistant / MTLA (m/f/d)
• Knowledge in dealing with EDP systems
• You value independent, team-oriented work
• High precision and accuracy in the documentation and analysis of laboratory findings
• You are open to new techniques
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Institute for Hygiene and Laboratory Medicine provides the Helios clinics in Krefeld, Uerdingen and Hüls with all laboratory medicine, microbiology and molecular biology, transfusion medicine and hospital hygiene services as a central laboratory. Approximately 3 million tests are carried out each year.
