Your challenge:

• Independent coordination of the construction of projects planned by internal teams during ongoing hospital operations
• Managing the execution of building services with the involvement of in-house installation teams and external companies as part of the overall project
• Quality assurance on the construction site and identifying potential for improvement
• Reviewing and approving performance records as a basis for invoice verification
• Direct negotiation activities with the contractors
• Contact person on the construction site for the project participants and the client

Your profile

• Completed technical training in the field of building services engineering or TGA (HTL, FH, TU)
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position is an advantage
• Know-how in the field of project management
• Open-minded for IT tools for project management
• Independent and committed way of working
• High social competence and ability to work in a team
• Assertiveness and negotiating skills

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer an attractive remuneration package. Based on the defined requirements, the monthly salary is at least € 4,277.09 (14x per year).

Your individual remuneration package will be based on your qualifications and experience. We will determine a customized agreement together with you in personal discussions.
