Local construction supervision / ÖBA (m/f/d)

Your challenge:

In this exciting role, you will implement various structural engineering projects in hospital and clinic construction during the execution phase. This results in the following activities:

• Local construction supervision for various structural engineering projects in hospital and hospital construction in the execution phase in close cooperation with various trades (TGA, electrical engineering, medical technology, etc.)
• Planning, coordination and construction site supervision activities
• Local coordination of deliveries and services as well as monitoring compliance with plans, specifications and contracts for compliance with technical rules and official regulations
• Conducting regular construction meetings
• Checking bills of quantities and invoices
• Ensuring that schedules are adhered to
• Ongoing quality control and monitoring of defect rectification
• Coordination and control as well as documentation of various construction services provided
• Close coordination and cooperation with the in-house departments and various subcontractors

Your profile

• Completed (construction) technical training (HTL, FH, TU)
• Several years of relevant professional experience in construction management, ideally in a complex environment, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Sound knowledge in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) and electrical engineering
• Experience in planning and construction site coordination
• Confident handling of MS Office, basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Committed and conscientious way of working
• High level of social competence, reliability and ability to work in a team
• Assertiveness, negotiating skills and personal responsibility

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer an attractive remuneration package. Based on the defined requirements, the monthly salary is at least € 4,277.09 (14x per year).

Your individual remuneration package will be based on your qualifications and experience. We will determine a customized agreement together with you in personal discussions.
