Group Data Privacy Manager (m/f/d)

For our location in Bad Homburg we are looking for a Group Data Privacy Manager (m/f/d) part-time (33 hours/week), mainly mobile working, to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• As a Data Protection Manager, you will advise, support and sensitize the companies and specialist departments of the Fresenius Health Services Group in Germany and abroad on their data processing processes
• You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the strategic transformation of data protection in the Fresenius Group
• You will contribute to the further development of our data protection management system and the implementation of data protection audits and create guidelines, data protection declarations, templates, training and communication measures
• You will support data protection audits and risk assessments, including data protection impact assessments
• You initiate and support the maintenance of documentation for the procedure directory
• You will work with various stakeholders in connection with risk assessments, contract reviews and negotiations
• Variety is guaranteed - you will gain insights into almost all business processes and acquire valuable know-how through this diversity

What you bring to the table:

• Degree in law, IT/computer science, business law or economics (business administration, economics)
• Several years of experience in data protection, compliance or with internal audits or in the internal control system (ICS), preferably in a group, law firm or consulting company
• Know-how in the proactive further development of a data protection management system
• Experience in using data protection tools (in particular onetrust) desirable
• You combine business acumen and entrepreneurial thinking with a strong focus on solutions and a good understanding of the needs of business partners
• Very good German and English
• Willingness to travel to our locations
