Working student (m/f/d) Group Real Estate Transaction Management
Are you studying facility management, real estate management or civil engineering and would like to gain practical experience during your studies? Then become part of our Transaction Management team! As part of our team, you can get a taste of practical experience, make contacts, explore possible career paths - and fill your student fund at the same time.
Your tasks
- You will support the organization of data rooms for real estate sales in Germany
- Requesting and reviewing property-specific documents (from the business & authorities) for real estate transactions - for subsequent strategic analysis as well as for the preparation of sales planning
- Coordination of documents and queries/communication for lease audits and general support (international)
- General support in terms of portfolio management and data collection
Your profile
- Current full-time studies in the field of industrial engineering with an ideal focus on real estate, civil engineering or similar
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English required
