International Senior Transaction Manager (m/w/d)

Your task

• In this responsible position, you will be involved in the international rollout of the "Real Estate" target operating model and will be responsible for managing real estate transactions (transaction management) for the Fresenius Group.

• Specifically, you will be responsible for optimizing rental contract and property portfolios (analysis, strategy, project recommendations) and developing location analyses and concepts (including business cases). • You will manage real estate transactions with a focus on new leases and rental contract optimizations abroad, but also freehold transactions as required.

• You will prepare and conduct negotiations, including managing the contract drafting for rental contracts and purchase agreements.

• You will independently manage internal and external teams during the transaction process.

• Last but not least, you will prepare decision templates for internal departments and the investment committees.

Your profile

• Successfully completed degree with a focus on corporate real estate, business administration, architecture, civil engineering or comparable qualification

• At least 7 years of professional experience in real estate asset and transaction management

• Relevant experience in corporate real estate in an international context

• An entrepreneurial personality with a tact who independently develops and structures their field of work and is looking forward to taking on full project responsibility

• Oral and written communication and presentation skills in business-fluent English, self-confident demeanor at all levels of the hierarchy and first-class stakeholder management

• Distinct team player personality, with high motivation and service understanding
