Senior Manager Learning (m/f/d)

full-time with office in Berlin.

You will use data and analytics to measure the impact of learning programs and continuously improve their effectiveness

You will develop and monitor company-wide learning and development programs that are aligned with business objectives

You are responsible for the ongoing standardization of our training landscape in light of the company's expertise and needs

Based on your findings, you define requirements for the strategic further development of the Learning Management System (LMS)

You conceptualize and organize regular presence formats at our location in Berlin-Mitte

You have successfully completed a degree in business psychology, business administration, human resources, personnel development or comparable fields

You have professional experience in strategic personnel development in a larger organization or comparable experience and knowledge

You also have analytical skills and experience in evaluating complex data sets

Experience in working with digital learning platforms and educational formats is an advantage

You have organizational talent and initiative and have a structured, independent and proactive way of working

The ability to work in a team, reliability and flexibility round off your profile
