Join our Learning team at the Helios Kliniken GmbH headquarters as a full-time Learning Officer (m/f/d) based in Berlin as soon as possible.

• You will be responsible for the administration and data maintenance of our learning management system
• You will organize various seminars and seminar series from planning to participation documentation
• Operational implementation of the measures in close cooperation with colleagues at our locations
• You help new lecturers and colleagues get to know the systems and support them as needed
• In addition to analytical skills to identify training needs and develop new learning concepts, you also have organizational skills

• You have successfully completed a degree in business psychology, business administration, human resources, personnel development, education, psychology or a comparable subject or have completed vocational training in a relevant field
• You are passionate about personnel development and would like to contribute to the conception and organization of sustainable learning formats.
• You are enthusiastic about using and developing digital learning media to promote professional training and development
• Experience in working with digital learning platforms and educational formats is an advantage
• You have organizational talent and initiative and have a structured, independent and proactive way of working
• You are solution-oriented, a strong communicator and reliable The ability to work in a team, reliability and flexibility round off your profile
