for the outpatient surgery center

• Responsibility for the organization and management of the outpatient surgery center: You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring all work processes to ensure smooth surgery operations
• Personnel management and development: You will lead the team, promote collegial cooperation and be responsible for the further development and motivation of your employees
• Quality and process management: you ensure that all OR processes meet the highest quality and hygiene standards and continuously develop them further
• Ensuring patient care: you ensure optimal patient care and coordination, both before and after procedures
• Material and resource management: monitoring and ensuring the availability of surgical materials and the efficient use of resources in consultation with the OR management team
• Communication with interdisciplinary teams: you will work closely with medical, nursing and administrative staff and represent the interests of the surgical center within the clinic

• Completed training in the healthcare sector, ideally as a nurse (m/f/d), MFA (m/f/d) with further training in the OR area, or comparable qualification. Management experience is an advantage
• Experience in OR management: Proven knowledge and experience in OR organization and team leadership
• Strong leadership and communication skills: Ability to motivate and coordinate a team, as well as goal-oriented and appreciative communication.
• Organizational talent: You have a structured and forward-looking way of working in order to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
• A strong sense of responsibility and decision-making skills as well as knowledge of quality and process management
• Willingness to undergo further training and development in the field of OR management
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
