  • Responsibility for the organization and management of the outpatient surgery center: You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring all work processes to ensure smooth surgery operations

  • Completed training in the healthcare sector, ideally as a nurse (m/f/d), MFA (m/f/d) with further training in the OR area, or comparable qualification. Management experience is an advantage
  • Experience in OR management: Proven knowledge and experience in OR organization and team leadership
  • Strong leadership and communication skills: Ability to motivate and coordinate a team, as well as goal-oriented and appreciative communication.
