The Helios Frankenwaldklinik Kronach is looking for you as Team Leader Geriatrics (m/f/d) full-time or part-time as soon as possible.

• Planning and control of staff deployment (duty scheduling)
• Coordination and organization of nursing care
• Ensuring the quality of nursing care and documentation quality
• Representing other ward managers in their absence
• Supporting / assisting the nursing management
• Collaboration on the ward in direct patient care

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional / nurse (m/f/d)
• Completed further training as a ward manager or willingness to complete this
• Initial management experience desirable
• High communication and social skills
• Economic thinking and acting as well as a strong sense of responsibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
