At the Berlin-Buch site , we are looking for a Deputy Head of Outpatient Surgery Center (m/f/d) for our Outpatient Surgery Center on 01.04.2025 in full or part-time.

• Support of the central nursing management in the daily work processes
• Design of duty rosters and vacation plans, together with the management
• Competent, professional and expert care of patients
• Supervision of new employees, trainees and interns
• Designing training and further education programs

• Successfully completed vocational training as a healthcare and nursing professional (m/f/d)
• Many years of professional experience in the field of anesthesia combined with experience in leading and managing a ward team
• Implementation of patient-oriented care concepts and treatment methods
• Communication skills and willingness to work in an interdisciplinary environment
• Confident demeanor and a demanding approach to our patients
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
