We are looking for a full-time or part-time Head of Outpatient Surgery Center (m/f/d) for our new Outpatient Surgery Center in Berlin-Buch .

• Organization and operational planning of the entire nursing and functional service in the outpatient surgery center
• Ensuring quality under professional, legal and economic aspects
• Supporting employees in the further development of their professional skills, development and optimization of work processes
• Ensuring the practical instruction of our trainees and participating in project groups
• Presenting the divisions internally and externally
• Contributing to the implementation of corporate goals

• Completed training in healthcare and nursing, including completed specialist training in OR nursing
• Management experience and several years of professional experience in the OR
• Passion for our patients
• Motivating and solution-oriented management style as well as organizational and planning skills
• Strong communication skills and business acumen
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
