For our Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen, we are looking for a full-time social services employee (m/f/d) for our clinic for psychiatry and psychotherapy as of 01.12.2025.

• As part of a multi-professional social services team, you will support and accompany people with psychiatric impairments
• You work together with our patients in a present- and future-oriented manner and are in close contact with relatives, caregivers and social institutions
• You will help our patients to return to a stable and regulated living environment after treatment in our clinic
• Your area of responsibility includes intensive networking with aftercare providers
• You will also regularly take part in team meetings, conferences, case discussions, supervisions, daily handovers and specialist training courses

• Completed degree in social work, master's degree in social work, as a social pedagogue/ Sozialarbeiter
• Social therapy skills in the field of Suchtmedizin
• Dynamic and innovative personality with high professional and social competence as well as communication skills
• Sound basic legal knowledge in the areas of SGB V, SGB IX, SGB XI and Betreuungsrecht
• Economic thinking and acting in line with medical and operational requirements
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen include the Clinic for Neurology, the Clinics for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy, the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy as well as the Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (correctional facility in accordance with Section 64 of the German Criminal Code). The Werraaue residential park also has 50 places in accordance with SGB IX. Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen employs more than 700 people.
