To strengthen our team at the Clinic for Cardiology at the Emil von Behring Clinic in Berlin-Zehlendorf, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as

Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d)

• Organization, coordination and quality management of the ward in close coordination with the ward manager
• Staff deployment planning, induction and development of the team as well as promotion of a positive team culture in the cardiology setting
• Ensuring patient-related care in accordance with guidelines, involvement in complex cardiology cases
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: close cooperation with cardiology, intensive care, emergency and other specialist departments
• Implementation of standards, auditing and participation in clinical research
• Ensuring traceable and complete nursing documentation in the cardiology environment within the framework of applicable quality and safety measures

• Completed 3-year training as a nurse, preferably with further training as a ward manager or experience in a managerial position
• Relevant professional experience in the nursing field, preferably in the cardiology field
• Excellent leadership skills, strong sense of responsibility and willingness to react flexibly to new requirements and actively participate in digitization projects
• Empathetic, clear manner of expression combined with structured work organization for efficient process design
• Up-to-date specialist knowledge of nursing standards and legal requirements as well as a comprehensive understanding of modern medical equipment and technologies
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
