Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d)

• Organisation, coordination and quality management of the ward in close coordination with the ward management
• Employee scheduling, training and development of the team as well as promoting a positive team culture in the cardiology setting
• Ensuring patient-related care in accordance with guidelines, participation in complex cardiology cases
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: close cooperation with cardiology, intensive care, emergency and other departments
• Implementation of standards, auditing and participation in clinical research
• Ensuring traceable and complete care documentation in the cardiology environment within the framework of applicable quality and safety measures

• Completed 3-year training as a nurse, preferably with further training as a ward manager or experience in a management position
• Relevant professional experience in the field of nursing, desirable in the field of cardiology
• Outstanding leadership qualities, a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to react flexibly to new requirements and to actively participate in digitization projects
• Empathetic, clear language combined with structured work organization for the efficient design of processes
• Updated expertise on nursing standards and legal requirements, as well as a comprehensive understanding of modern medical devices and technologies
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
