For the Helios Klinikum Schwelm, we are looking for a Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d) as of January 1, 2026.

• Work on an interdisciplinary nursing ward with the Helios Private Clinic as a subdivision
• Organization and coordination of the ward together with the nursing management
• Substitution for the nursing management and assumption of all associated tasks
• Personnel scheduling in compliance with legal, collective bargaining and company regulations
• Ensuring nursing care and its documentation

• Three-year basic nursing training
• Willingness to change and courage to break new ground and make decisions
• Empathetic, constructive and cooperative communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• An excellent position to gain initial nursing management experience
