• Operational planning, personnel management and personnel development,
• Professional responsibility for the quality of nursing and care,
• Supporting, promoting and ensuring patient-, evidence- and results-oriented care,
• Ensuring optimized processes,
• Promoting interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation,
• Responsibility for the implementation of standards within the framework of quality management.

• Completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional,
• many years of professional experience in the field of nursing and initial management experience desirable,
• skills in staff management and development,
• a high level of personal, professional, methodological and social skills as well as strategic thinking and action,
• very good IT skills,
• Willingness to work a 3-shift model and to work at weekends or on public holidays.
