We are looking for a Deputy Head of Cardiology (m/f/d) for our clinic in Bad Saarow with immediate effect.

• Support of the ward management in operational and strategic day-to-day business as well as responsible replacement in case of absence
• Deputy technical and organizational management of the nursing area with a focus on quality, innovation and further development
• Active co-design, control and continuous optimization of efficient station processes
• Responsibility for demand-oriented and economical personnel scheduling
• Promotion of an appreciative team culture as well as targeted employee development and motivation
• Trusting, interdisciplinary cooperation with the medical service and all professional groups involved

• Completed training as a nurse (m/f/d); Ideally, further training as a ward manager or management experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as leadership skills
• Professional expertise and commitment in the implementation of new care concepts
• Experience in optimising processes and procedures
• Reliable, structured and responsible way of working
• Willingness to work together in an interdisciplinary manner; Proof of measles protection
