Do you want to become a manager in the healthcare sector? Start your 2-year trainee program in clinic management at Helios - with varied assignments in our clinics, practical projects and targeted workshops directly at the side of managing directors.

Gain experience, develop your skills and prepare yourself specifically for your future as a clinic manager. This management trainee program offers you the optimal entry into hospital management, healthcare management and junior leadership.

• Comprehensive insights: You will get to know the hospital system from the bottom up and gain exciting insights into all areas of a hospital - from administration to nursing to medical departments - over several observation phases.
• Practical practical assignments: In assignments lasting several months, you will rotate through various Helios clinics throughout Germany and work directly hand in hand with experienced managing directors.
• Diverse projects: You will take on responsible tasks at the interface of different departments, e.g. economic planning, construction projects, establishment of new medical departments.
• Technical expertise: You will expand your knowledge in all aspects of the health care system, e.g. the effects of hospital reform, legal regulations in the nursing service or remuneration models.
• Project management & presentation: They lead their own projects and present their results to various committees and decision-makers.
• Career prospects: After successfully completing the 2-year trainee program, you will take on a position as a junior manager in a hospital and prepare specifically for your further development as a commercial site manager or clinic manager.

• You have a degree in business, law or medicine and have initial practical experience – ideally in project management or hospitals, e.g. through internships or working student activities.
• You have very good written and spoken German.
• You are a strong communicator, enjoy working in a team and have a hands-on mentality.
• You are enthusiastic, creative and reliable – and love to take on new challenges.
• You are highly motivated and willing to develop professionally and personally within a short period of time.
• You are flexible and willing to be deployed at several locations throughout Germany (4-6 clinics) as part of the 2-year trainee program.

• Attractive compensation package & vacation: €4,000 gross/month and 30 days of vacation per year.
