Shape the future of nursing: Start as a Nursing Management Trainee (m/f/d) and develop into a nursing director.

• Comprehensive insights:You will get to know the hospital system from the bottom up and gain exciting insights into all areas in several observation phases - from nursing to administration to medical departments.
• Practical specialist assignments: In assignments lasting several months, you will rotate through various clinics throughout Germany as well as the Helios Group headquarters and work directly hand in hand with the nursing department.
• Operational & Strategic Tasks: You will get involved in operational and strategic topics at an early stage, e.g. in interface management, the optimisation of the use of material resources or the planning of efficient care processes.
• Project Responsibility & Leadership Experience: You will independently take on projects for the further development of patient care, lead cross-departmental tasks and present results to various committees - in this way, you will gain practical experience for future management tasks in the nursing sector, e.g. in department heads, quality or process management.

• Training & Studies: You have completed vocational training in health care and nursing and, ideally, a university degree.
• First practical experience: They bring practical insights into the hospital system, e.g. through internships, working student activities or similar experience.
• Motivation & willingness to learn: You are highly motivated and willing to develop professionally and personally within a short period of time.
• Team and communication skills: You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly and bring a hands-on mentality. Creativity & reliability: You are enthusiastic about new tasks, think creatively and complete your tasks reliably.
• Flexibility: You are willing to be deployed at 4-6 locations throughout Germany as part of the 24-month trainee program

• Attractive compensation package & vacation: €4,000 gross/month and 30 days of vacation per year.
