Trainee Controlling & Finance (m/f/d) – Healthcare

Gain experience, develop your skills and prepare yourself specifically for your future as Head of Controlling or Accounting. The trainee programme offers you the best possible introduction to the hospital sector, healthcare management and the management of young talent.

• Comprehensive observation: You will pass through all relevant areas of the hospital and work directly with the specialist departments.
• Practical practical assignments: In assignments lasting several months, you will rotate through various clinics throughout Germany and work closely with the heads of controlling and accounting.
• Operational financial tasks: You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements, business plans and participate in budget planning and financial analyses.
• Further development of processes: You will actively support the optimisation of reporting, accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as asset accounting.
• Project responsibility: You will manage cross-departmental projects with IT, purchasing or hospital management and present results to various committees.
• Career-oriented practice: Youwill gain extensive management experience and prepare yourself specifically for positions of responsibility in controlling or accounting.

• A degree with a business orientation, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance or accounting
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Initial practical experience in controlling or finance, e.g. through internships or working student activities
• High motivation and the willingness to develop quickly both professionally and personally
• Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality and enjoyment of working together in a team
• Enthusiasm, reliability and a structured way of working
• Nationwide mobility and the willingness to work at several locations within 24 months

• Attractive compensation package & vacation: €4,000 gross/month and 30 days of vacation per year.
