Do you want to take on responsibility in purchasing and logistics in the healthcare sector?
Start your 2-year Purchasing & Logistics trainee program at Helios – with varied assignments in our clinics and the company headquarters, practical projects and targeted development measures directly at the side of experienced managers.

Gain in-depth practical experience, develop your professional and personal skills and prepare yourself specifically for responsible technical and management tasks in strategic purchasing and supply chain .

• Comprehensive insights: In several observation phases, you will get to know the hospital system from the ground up and gain insights into all relevant areas.
• Practical practical assignments: In assignments lasting several months, you will rotate through various clinics throughout Germany as well as through the company headquarters in Berlin and work closely with the management and technical experts from purchasing and logistics.
• Operational and strategic responsibility: You will be actively involved in purchasing, e.g. in category management, cost analyses, tenders and process optimisation.
• Logistics & Materials Management: They take on tasks in materials management and logistics – from the flow of goods to transport and disposal processes.
• Project work: You will independently manage projects with local, regional and group-wide relevance and present your results to various committees.
• Career prospects: After completing the program, you will be optimally prepared to take on a responsible specialist or management position in the field of purchasing and logistics.

• A degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on purchasing, logistics or supply chain, or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Initial practical experience with purchasing or logistics relevance, e.g. through internships or working student activities
• Strong communication skills, hands-on mentality and enjoyment of teamwork
• Enthusiasm, creativity and a structured and reliable way of working
• High motivation and the willingness to develop quickly both professionally and personally
• Nationwide mobility and the willingness to work at several locations within 24 months

• Attractive compensation package & vacation: €4,000 gross/month and 30 days of vacation per year.
