Project Manager in Project Management Scheduling and Resource Planning (m/f/d)

Your challenge:

• • Management and development of our scheduling team (2-4 schedulers)
  • Management, support and monitoring of our PM tools for scheduling and resource planning (MS Project online)
  • Support for our external partner
  • Installation of a support service for scheduling and resource management
  • Quality assurance in connection with deadline and resource management
  • Risk management in connection with schedule and resource management Identification of potential risks and development of measures to minimize or avoid risks.
  • Preparation of reports (project and portfolio level) on schedule status, resource utilization and other relevant key figures for management, project management and all relevant stakeholders
  • Ensuring regular reporting
  • Integration into the project-related reporting system, including documentation and the preparation
  • and preparation of overarching results for meetings
  • Training the project team and all stakeholders in our scheduling and resource planning processes and tools
  • Best practices and process improvement: Identification and implementation of best practices for scheduling and continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Your profile

• • You have completed a technical education (HTL, FH, TU)
  • You have several years of in-depth professional experience in the field of scheduling complex projects
  • You have excellent knowledge of common project management tools:
    • Adept user knowledge of MS Project (and MS Project Online would be an advantage)
    • Experienced user knowledge of MS Excel and data analysis using Excel
    • User knowledge of Power BI
    • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • You are familiar with the methods and theoretical process models of modern project management (classic & agile) and you can apply them according to the situation (certification is an advantage (e.g. IPMA, Scrum)).
  • You are confident in dealing with our internal customers and have a high degree of customer orientation.
  • You are solution-oriented and have a high degree of personal responsibility and initiative, a hands-on mentality and very good coordination and communication skills.
  • You have a high level of analytical ability and are able to think in a networked way
  • You have already gained initial experience in team management
  • You enjoy working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer an attractive remuneration package. Based on the defined requirements, the monthly salary is at least € 4,120.51 (14x per year).

Your individual remuneration package will be based on your qualifications and experience. We will determine a customized agreement together with you in personal discussions.
