Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your challenge:

• Management (control, monitoring and coordination) of construction projects with a focus on building services trades in hospital construction (ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, med. gases, demineralized water, steam) from the planning phase to completion, in particular planning control, planning control, scheduling and quality control
• Creation and monitoring of project goals, schedules and budgets
• Ensuring compliance with construction standards, regulations and laws
• Monitoring construction progress and ensuring completion on time and to quality standards
• Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Solving technical and organizational challenges during the course of the project
• Personnel management and leadership of the project team

Your profile

• Completed technical training (HTL, FH, TU specializing in structural engineering preferred)
• Several years of experience as a project manager in the construction industry, ideally with experience in hospital projects
• Sound knowledge of building regulations, building standards and project management processes
• Ability to plan, organize and monitor complex projects
• IT user skills (MS Office, MS Project) and confident use of project management tools and software
• Strong communication and leadership skills as well as high team orientation
• Organized and structured way of working
• High level of problem-solving skills, decisiveness and negotiation skills

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer an attractive remuneration package. Based on the defined requirements, the monthly salary is at least € 4,120.51 (14x per year).

Your individual remuneration package will be based on your qualifications and experience. We will determine a customized agreement together with you in personal discussions.
