Project Manager Calculation (m/f/d)

Your challenge:

• Creation of service specifications (LVs) constructive and functional
• Quantity surveying for various building construction projects
• Bid review, preparation of price comparison lists for award processes
• Determine cost estimates, cost calculations and cost estimates for the prepared specifications
• Support for the ABK software
• Preliminary review of specifications for building construction trades from external tenderers
• Solving technical and organizational challenges during the course of the project
• Participation in awarding processes
• Costing support for project management and the planning department in various building construction project execution processes
• Post-calculation at the level of individual projects
• Development of a price database

Your profile

• Completed technical training (e.g. foreman, HTL or comparable training)
• Experience in the field of project costing
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Ability to plan, organize and monitor complex projects
• IT user knowledge (MS Office) and SAP as well as ABK an advantage
• Reliability and high team orientation
• High level of problem-solving skills, decisiveness and negotiation skills

In addition to all the benefits mentioned, it is important to us to offer an attractive remuneration package. Based on the defined requirements, the monthly salary is at least € 3,895.18 (14x per year).

Your individual remuneration package will be based on your qualifications and experience. We will determine a customized agreement together with you in personal discussions.
