Management Assistant (m/f/d)

full-time.

• Active support of the Managing Director CHRO & CSO (Chief Human Resources Officer / Managing Director Human Resources & Chief Sustainability Officer / Managing Director Sustainability) in day-to-day business
• Coordination of appointments and business trips including travel expense management
• Organization, coordination and documentation of meetings, conference calls and events
• Monitoring of business transactions and their scheduling as well as professional document filing
• Dealing with internal and external correspondence and general administrative and secretarial tasks
• Supporting the management in strategic and conceptual tasks, especially in the context of digitization
• Independent management of projects and areas of responsibility, you are allowed to shape and work

• Successfully completed training in office management
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of service orientation
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Confident handling of common Office applications
• Strong initiative and independence
• Reliability, independence, hands-on mentality, service orientation and proven ability to solve problems successfully
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
