Would you like to work on strategic projects and help shape our company's future processes? Then support our Global Information and Digital Technology (GIDiT) department, which concentrates on projects focusing on the standardization and harmonization of processes and the implementation of standardized technologies. During your time at GIDiT, you will gain first-hand experience in designing standard software solutions, understanding business processes and developing an interdisciplinary, independent and self-reliant way of working.
You will support global IT project managers in the planning, tracking and reporting of project milestones
It goes without saying that you will also be involved in the coordination of change management measures such as stakeholder engagement, impact analyses, readiness tracking and communication between IT, HR and the specialist departments
You will also be responsible for helping to shape the company-wide introduction of Microsoft Copilot in close collaboration with the Microsoft team
What's more, you will support the development and distribution of internal communication content, training materials and application manuals to promote the use of digital tools such as Microsoft Copilot
You will also be responsible for managing the onboarding and offboarding processes of project team members
Last but not least, your exciting tasks will also include developing and automating workflows using Microsoft PowerAutomate and other Office 365 tools to increase operational efficiency
Current studies in business informatics, business administration, computer science or similar
Strong communication skills and intercultural competencies
Very good written and spoken German and English, other language skills are an advantage (e.g. Spanish, French, Italian)
Independent and analytical way of working with attention to detail
Very good MS Office skills
Familiarity with change management frameworks
Previous internships or working student activities and an understanding of HR business processes are an advantage
