Deputy Director of Nursing (m/f/d).

• Permanent representation and support of the nursing management in administrative and organizational tasks
• Implementation, (further) development and establishment of efficient processes and structures in the department and in the interdisciplinary environment
• Ensuring staff deployment planning on the basis of systematic personnel requirements planning
• Managing, promoting and motivating our employees in line with the company's objectives
• Contributing to the further development of the nursing service on the basis of current nursing science findings
• Ensuring a high quality of care in your own area of responsibility with an economic focus

• Completed basic training as a nursing specialist or comparable training
• Specialist qualification with a degree in healthcare, nursing science or similar
• Strong organizational skills and initial experience in project management as well as economic thinking and acting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills combined with an authoritative manner as well as high social skills, teamwork, commitment and creativity
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as strong interpersonal skills and organizational and communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
