Nursing Director Forensic Psychiatry (m/f/d)

For our Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen, we are looking for a Nursing Director (m/f/d) for our Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry and Psychotherapy at the earliest possible date.

• Specialist and organizational management of the nursing service in the prison for addicted offenders
• Participation in the multi-professional management team of the forensic psychiatric hospital and in the management of the specialist clinics
• Personnel management in the area of responsibility
• Quality assurance and qualitative further development of the care concept
• Goal-oriented management of the care managers, taking into account the goals derived from the corporate strategy
• Process development and project management

• Nursing training with a qualification as a care manager or comparable degree
• Many years of management experience, ideally in a psychiatric facility, desirably in a correctional facility
• Commitment and the ability to work cooperatively with the medical and therapeutic staff of the specialist hospital
• Dynamic and innovative personality with professional and social skills
• Economic thinking and acting in terms of nursing and operational requirements

• A very interesting and challenging area of responsibility with remuneration outside the standard pay scale, including an annual bonus agreement and a company pension scheme
