For our Helios Fachkliniken Hildburghausen, we are looking for a nursing assistant (m/f/d) for our clinic for forensic psychiatry and psychotherapy as soon as possible.

• You will accompany the inmates and ensure a structured daily routine
• You motivate the inmates to participate in the therapies

• A dynamic and innovative personality with a high level of professional and social competence as well as commitment and a sense of responsibility
• Economic thinking and acting in line with medical and operational requirements
• Ideally experience in the specialist field of forensic psychiatry

• A very interesting and challenging area of responsibility with remuneration in line with the collective agreement, including an annual bonus and a company pension scheme

• Extensive promotion and support for professional development and further training
• Professional cooperation in a motivated and open-minded team
