As of 01.11.2024, we are looking for you as a full-time Nursing Director (m/f/d) for our Helios Clinic in Dachau.

• Independent professional management of the entire nursing service
• Managing and ensuring highly qualified, comprehensive and patient-oriented nursing care, taking into account the latest nursing science findings
• Helping to shape the strategic and economic development of our hospital
• Working closely with the hospital management and the medical management as a member of the hospital management team
• Optimization of work processes, duty time models and organizational forms as well as nursing documentation
• Contact person for department and ward managers in all nursing and personnel matters

• Successfully completed health and nursing care / nursing specialist (m/f/d) or similar as well as successfully completed nursing management studies or a comparable qualification
• Extensive management experience in nursing management
• Strong interpersonal skills, a goal-oriented, cooperative management style and a high degree of organizational and assertiveness as well as a sense of responsibility
• A confident manner, excellent communication skills and a high level of commitment
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
