We are looking for the next possible date for the Helios Klinik Köthen for a

Specialist for the Central Emergency Department (m/f/d) for

further training in clinical acute and emergency medicine

preferably full-time (part-time not excluded by individual arrangement).

• Care of outpatient and inpatient emergency patients
• Strategic further development of the entire emergency department process and department structures
• Team-oriented staff management and further training
• Close cooperation with referring physicians and the ambulance service
• Training of training assistants in the specialist departments as part of the NFA rotation
• Participation in the on-call service of the emergency department

• You are a committed specialist (m/f/d) in a field of direct patient care, preferably internal medicine, anesthesia, surgery, general medicine
• You would like to acquire the additional qualification in clinical acute and emergency medicine
• The additional qualification in emergency medicine is available or is to be acquired
• Willingness for multidisciplinary cooperation and the ability to lead a team
• You have a high level of service orientation and work in a patient-oriented manner, always maintaining an overview even in critical situations
• You bring persuasiveness, commitment and assertiveness in the implementation of innovative measures and process optimizations
