For Helios Logistik Mitte GmbH, we are looking for a part-time receptionist (m/f/d) for the Lengerich site with immediate effect.

• Reception of patients and visitors

• Competent passing on of information to patients and visitors
• Operation of the telephone switchboard with professional and friendly answering and forwarding of telephone calls
• Distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and administrative patient management
• Minor administrative tasks, e.g. looking after the main cash desk
• Communication point between our patients, visitors, customers and employees
• Working hours are in shifts (early and late shift, night shift) and also include work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

• Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and a pleasant appearance

• Good communication skills, commitment and reliability
• Organizational skills, flexibility and team orientation
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and on weekends and public holidays
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Remuneration according to the framework collective agreement
