At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you to join the Helios Klinikum Warburg as a part-time receptionist (m/f/d)

• Reception and care of patients, visitors and suppliers
• Telephone switchboard: answering and forwarding calls
• Providing general information and directions
• Organizing and coordinating patient transport or internal services
• Processing and forwarding incoming mail and deliveries
• Compliance with and monitoring of security regulations, e.g. access control

• Professional experience in the reception or gate area is an advantage, preferably in a medical facility.
• Confident and friendly demeanor, even in stressful situations
• Organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Good written and spoken German, other language skills are an advantage
