We are looking for you as a medical educator (m/f/d) in the field of education for our OTA school with 25 training places at the Helios Dr. Horst Schmidt Clinic Wiesbaden with immediate effect on a full-time or part-time basis.

• Independent planning of the theoretical and practical training of trainees in the training program for surgical assistants (OTA) Independent management of the course, technical and didactic design of practical teaching units Acceptance of performance checks and examinations, practical support and advice for trainees and practical instructors Active participation in the further development and implementation of future-oriented training Active support in the induction by your colleagues at the OTA school

• Completed training as an OTA (m/f/d) or specialist nurse for the surgical service (m/f/d) with completed university education BA / MA (m/f/d) Experience in promoting the skills of young adults Enjoy leading a training course and incorporating your teaching experience in the care of people of all age groups You enjoy working with new digital media, which you use with commitment and interest in teaching
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
