Medical educator OTA (m/f/d)

We are looking to recruit a teacher (m/f/d) for the School of Surgical Technical Assistance (DKG) at our Plauen training centeras soon as possible.

• You will be responsible for the creative design and implementation of theoretical teaching, including practical supervision, and prepare our trainees for the profession of OTA
• Direct cooperation with the trainees' places of learning and taking the practical examinations
• Participation in various projects and working groups
• Administrative and school organizational tasks and the further development of the school's internal curriculum as well as the pedagogical and technical concept

• Completed vocational training as a specialist nurse (m/f/d) for the OR service or surgical assistant (m/f/d)
• Advanced or completed studies with a pedagogical focus such as medical pedagogy or nursing pedagogy or the willingness to pursue such a university degree at bachelor's level or an equivalent qualification
• Personal commitment, paired with a hands-on mentality and a high degree of team spirit
• A creative and innovative way of working in combination with the use of modern media
• Proof of full vaccination against measles
