Team Leader Orthopaedics (m/f/d)

• You will manage the team and create the duty rosters for the entire team
• You will be responsible for processing absences such as sickness and other absences, as well as vacation notifications
• You maintain an overview and help to organize and optimize practice processes
• You will also deal with the topics of appointment management optimization / utilization of consultation hours / structured appointment allocation
• You will also be involved in the planning of further education and training
• You will also support our specialist department in documenting the services provided and preparing invoices
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with the other specialist departments

• You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
• You have knowledge of staff scheduling and ideally have already gained experience in the outpatient sector
• You enjoy working in a highly motivated team in which you can rely on each other
• You have organizational skills, leadership and social skills and a high sense of responsibility
• You have good IT skills and feel confident using practice software
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
