Team Leader Controlling (m/f/d)

full-time, permanent.

• Management of employees and technical responsibility of the Controlling team in Bavaria as well as contact person for the Regional Head of Controlling of the clinics in Bavaria
• Collaboration in the preparation of monthly financial statements and individual projections (forecasts) as well as annual financial statements and business plans
• Continuation and further development of reporting, analysis and preparation of data and development of proposals for economic management
• Monitoring cost and revenue trends and deriving suggestions for improvement
• Participation in investment and profitability calculations as well as collaboration in regional projects beyond the national border

• A university degree in business administration or comparable training as well as sound knowledge in the areas of healthcare, hospital financing and hospital law
• Extensive experience in the field of controlling and accounting in a hospitalCommunication, cooperation and teamwork skills as well as organizational and negotiation skills
• A high degree of reliability, flexibility and resilience, high level of commitment, sense of responsibility and decision-making ability
• Clear analytical and goal-oriented thinking and working methods as well as a very good command of MS Office and relevant experience with SAP
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
