Helios Hospital Überlingen is looking for you as Team Leader Surgical Outpatient Clinics (m/f/d) full-time or part-time as soon as possible.

• The following specialties await you: General & Visceral Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery, Urology and Gynecology
• You will receive and care for our patients and be the contact person for questions during consultation hours
• You will support us with administration, surgery planning, appointment coordination and organizational processes
• Accompanying and assisting during consultation hours is part of your area of responsibility
• Leading a dedicated team that would like to shape challenges together with you

• You have completed vocational training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), possibly with additional training as a practice manager
• Professional and social skills in dealing with the various professional groups and patients
• Ability to work under pressure, reliability and flexibility
• Communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, commitment and a strong ability to work in a team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
