At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a part-time or full-time Nursing Manager (m/f/d) for the Belchen Surgical Ward at the Helios Clinic in Müllheim.

• Technical and organizational management of the surgical ward
• Ensuring and further developing the quality of care, taking current standards into account
• Management, motivation and further development of the nursing team
• Coordinating interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists and other specialist areas
• Personnel planning and development as well as ensuring needs-based duty planning
• Implementing and optimizing processes to increase efficiency
• Ensuring compliance with legal and operational requirements

Completed training in healthcare and nursing or a nursing degree

Further training as a ward manager or willingness to acquire it

Several years of professional experience in nursing, ideally with management experience

High level of professional and social competence as well as strong communication skills

Organizational skills, assertiveness and a structured way of working

Commitment to the continuous development of the department

The Helios Clinic Müllheim is a modern clinic with basic and standard care and will be an academic teaching hospital of the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg with 150 beds from winter semester 21/22.

The interdisciplinary intensive care unit treats 1,300 patients per year from internal medicine departments, surgical departments, general and trauma/orthopaedic surgery, urology and gynaecology. The structural requirements for complex intensive medical treatment are met.
