For the Helios Klinikum Schwelm we are looking for a Head of Nursing Gastroenterological Functional Diagnostics (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Organization and coordination of regular processes in the field of gastroenterological endoscopy and the oncological outpatient clinic under professional and economic aspects
• Professional and disciplinary staff management
• Staff deployment planning in compliance with legal, collective bargaining and company regulations
• Planning and implementation of individual personnel development measures

• Three years of basic nursing training or training as a medical assistant
• Relevant professional experience in the field of gastroenterological functional diagnostics
• Management experience and qualification (DKG) desirable
• Resilience, positive mindset and empathic and solution-oriented communication skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
