We are looking for exactly you as Nursing Manager (m/f/d) for our SAPV team at the Erfurt location, as soon as possible.

• Ensuring efficient and needs-based personnel scheduling as well as optimizing and further developing nursing processes in the area of responsibility
• Conducting the annual employee development meetings with the ward managers for needs-based personnel development as well as coordinating vacation, further education and training plans
• You will be jointly responsible for the implementation of our corporate goals and lead your employees in a motivated, cooperative and goal-oriented manner
• You will be technically responsible for the process, structure and result quality in your areas in accordance with the legal requirements
• A committed, multi-professional team with independent work and a lively professional exchange
• A documentation system specially designed for palliative care

• Exam as a nurse (m/f/d) in health and nursing, geriatric care or as a nursing specialist (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience
• Completed studies in the field of nursing management and/or completed further training to manage a ward and functional unit and/or an equivalent qualification as well as extensive experience in a management function
• You are solution-oriented, innovative and help shape change processes in a goal-oriented manner and you demonstrate organizational talent for all care services and contribute to continuous development and assurance of the quality of care
• A sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience, delegation skills and assertiveness are prerequisites
• Experience in palliative care, outpatient or inpatient
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Full-time position (part-time possible from 30h / week)
• Remuneration in line with the collective agreement and 30 days of recreational leave with a 5-day week, according to TV Helios
