• As part of the structured development program, the specialist assignment will give you comprehensive insights into the structures and processes in the hospital.
• You will provide support in day-to-day operations and participate in projects
• You will gain an insight into processes and structures in order to understand the specific requirements of the healthcare sector
• You will have an above-average range of opportunities to make decisions and shape various topics and be involved in regional management structures

• You have a university degree with a focus on business administration or comparable professional experience
• High level of commitment, initiative and assertiveness as well as organizational skills, creativity and proven ability to successfully solve complex problems
• High level of emotional intelligence, self-reflection & communication skills
• You have reliability, independence, hands-on mentality & service orientation as well as the ability to convince managers & employees both professionally and personally
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
